NerdPOS offers multiple pricing tiers, including a free plan and paid subscriptions.

• Features and limits vary by plan

• We reserve the right to update pricing or features at any time

Any changes will be reflected on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that NerdPOS will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

NerdPOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

8. Termination
